In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items

Items that do not include original packaging and tags.
How to Initiate a Return & Refund
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@veja-storeushub.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Authorization & Instructions:Â We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Ship Your Return:Â Once approved, please securely pack the unworn sneakers in their original box and mail them using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. For the quickest way to get a different size or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order on our website.
